  Upon entering, one is instantly underwhelmed at the decor and at the same time feel a little embarrassed that they still believe presenting food on wooden cutting boards is a novel idea.
  The service is slow, even though not busy, and a liberal serving of attitude from the staff is complimentary.
  We had some over cooked poached eggs, some powdered hot chocolate and a coffee at room temperature.
  If you are looking for a atmospheric cafe, with great food, and a welcoming smile, then you should just walk past The Blacksmith Cafe and roll the dice on one of the, many other, cafes in Belgrave.

  I frequent this place a lot. There are power points at one table but no wifi available apart from the Telstra Air hotspot outside. The coffee was ok but not amazing. I was recommended a cheesecake which I bought and was slightly disappointed. Nevertheless, the breakfasts are delicious and staff are friendly.
